Harley Davidson motor modification

Membuat Prosedur Pengendalian Dokumen ISO 9001 : 2000

Sesuai persyaratan ISO 9001 : 2000 klausul 4.2.3 tentang “Pengendalian Dokumen” yang menyatakan bahwa Perusahaan / Organisasi harus menetapkan prosedur tertulis yang dibutuhkan sesuai proses yang ada di masing – masing bagian dan dokumen tersebut harus dapat terbaca / jelas, dikendalikan distribusinya, diidentifikasi & dikendalikan juga perubahannya (revisi) serta disimpan / disusun dengan teratur pada periode waktu yang ditentukan.

Prosedur terdokumentasi untuk “Pengendalian Dokumen” harus memperhatikan hal – hal sbb:
  1. Dokumen prosedur harus disahkan sebelum didistribusikan / diterbitkan.
  2. Status revisi / catatan perubahan harus jelas dan dikendalikan pastinya.
  3. Menjamin bahwa dokumen yang berlaku di lapangan tersedia dan merupakan dokumen dengan versi yang relevan.
  4. Menjamin bahwa dokumen yang beredar dapat dibaca, jelas, teridentifikasi dan mudah untuk dicari / ditemukan kembali bila diperlukan.
  5. Dokumen yang berasal dari luar (external Document) dan menjadi acuan di dalam harus diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan.
  6. Dokumen yang tidak berlaku (Obsolete) harus dipastikan tidak digunakan di lapangan dan apabila masih dipertahankan untuk tujuan tertentu harus ditentukan juga cara identifikasinya secara tertulis.
  7. Peninjauan dokumen untuk pembaharuan (jika perlu) dan persetujuan ulang dapat dilakukan juga pada saat Audit Mutu Internal & Tinjauan Manajemen.
